Aamer Abbas
Principal
As a Principal of Shore10, Aamer is responsible for Shore10's technical strategy and global client engagement. Aamer is intimately familiar with every phase of the software development life cycle and particularly effective at managing the clients' needs from small to large scale projects.
Aamer has been a professional software developer for 8+ years and have extensive professional experience in Ruby on Rails, PHP, Python, and .NET. Prior to co-founding Shore10, Aamer was a software development engineer for Microsoft's Search Engine, Bing.com for 5 years. Aamer played a major role in ensuring the end-to-end quality of the launch of new Bing.com features and developed a completely automated quality assurance system to ensure new features pass release criteria. Prior to Microsoft, Aamer was the first software developer hired for Bronto.com, now an industry leading email marketing system. Aamer also was a technology consultant for several organizations including Carolina Consulting and IFMSA-USA while pursuing his college degree, and helped launched several sites from inception to production.
Aamer currently splits his time between sunny Seattle and Singapore to best serve client engagement needs. Aamer is a firm believer in the value of continuing education to enable Shore10 to better serve clients. Continuing to raise personal and professional standards, Aamer is expecting to receive an MBA from INSEAD and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from University of North Carolina.
Ali Haider
Principal
As a Principal of Shore10, Ali leads Shore10's day-to-day operations and oversees all research and development in Shore10's development center. Ali is intimately familiar with the process of software development and particularly adept in leading the engineering teams to implement clients' specifications.
Ali has over 5 years of professional software development experience with extensive expertise in PHP, .NET, and VoIP applications. Prior to co-founding Shore10, Ali was a software developer for Techlogix, a leading global consulting and IT services company in Pakistan, where he helped implemented enterprise applications and worked with clients across several continents.
Ali resides in Lahore, Pakistan with his wife. He holds a M.S. in Computer Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, and B.S. in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NU). Both institutions are considered the premiere institutions for computing technologies in Southeast Asia.
Faisal Noor
Project Coordinator
As a Project Co-ordinator of Shore10, Faisal is responsible for maintaining a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project. Faisal is also responsible for maintaining a detailed schedule which include all project phases and dependencies including at least preliminary engineering, property review and acquisition, detailed design, material procurement, installation, test and turn-up, and site and system acceptance. Faisal also ensures coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines within R&D
Faisal tracks all project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management, he also actively participates in all R&D Team Meetings.
Faisal has done his Masters in Computing with IT Management from University of Gloucester shire, UK and his Bachelors in Computer science (Honors) from COMSATS Institute of IT, Lahore. He has also acquired a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business and IT from Leeds, UK and a Professional Project Management Certification (PRINCE2) from UK. Before joining Shore10 he was working as a Manager with UK's No 1 Retail company.
